5-day Cancellation Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with any item of service product purchased from eMemorial.us, you can cancel the service by contacting us within 5 days.
We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your cancellation refund-this may take up to three weeks.
Our Refunds Policy
This page describes how we calculate our refunds policy.
When you write and cancel within 5 days of the contract date, we'll process the cancellation then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
Notice that 3rd party fees for credit card processing will be subtracted from the refund.
You may cancel a service after 5 days, but there will be no refund.
